Dear parishioners, family, and friends,

I will be taking some time off from parish duties beginning January 28, 2013.  The idea originated in me and it was a decision I alone made.  I did ask the bishop for his permission, and it was granted.  I will be addressing some concerns related to anxiety.  

Another priest or priests will be covering the duties of the parish while I am gone.  I will be at a facility specifically designed for the wellness and health of catholic clergy, men and women religious.  I will be returning to resume my duties as Pastor.      

I ask for your patience and understanding, and of course, your prayers.  Please respect my right for privacy.  Please know that I will be praying for all of you daily.
